Build one with us, live
The Cook-a-Long runs every week. Bring a real problem, build a real tool in the session, leave with it working. More than 30 sessions run, around 200 people through them.

Train your team properly
Private sessions in the same format, around your tools, your data and your actual workload. You do the building; we make sure it sticks.

Have us build it
Some systems are genuinely beyond a sensible DIY effort, or your time is worth more than the build would cost you. That is when you hire us, and not before.
Most people never need the bottom two rungs. That is not bad for business, it is the business: confident customers are better customers.
RUNG 5, HONESTLY
When you genuinely should hire us
- The system touches money, customers or compliance, and the cost of getting it wrong is bigger than the cost of getting it built.
- You did the maths on your own hourly worth and the build lost.
- You built the first version yourself, it proved the point, and now it needs to be production-grade.
If none of those are true yet, climb the ladder. We will still be here, and you will be a much better client when you arrive.
