A full rebrand, a new Next.js site, a booking platform with payment links and consent flows, a lead broadcaster to a national vet network, a vet-reviewed content engine and a nine-domain migration, delivered as one system.

Finding the hirers who were already there: a venue-discovery system for Vivify Venues
Vivify's best prospects were community groups already hiring space at non-customer schools, invisible to standard data providers. We built a multi-source discovery and enrichment system that finds them, scores the evidence and prices every search: 107 evidence-backed prospects from the first live run at a data cost of £0.14.

From spreadsheet to sequence: an AI lead engine for Inform Holdings
Operosus built a campaign builder and AI outreach engine for Inform Holdings (CPMAS Group): CSV ingestion, Apollo enrichment, per-prospect AI research, individually generated emails and automatic routing to the right salesperson's sequence. 1,200+ companies enriched, 5,100+ contacts processed, 1,500+ personalised emails generated.

The tender system that became Bidwell
We built Purple a system to find public sector tenders and draft the responses. The problem was not unique to Purple, so the system became Bidwell: a live self-serve product for UK SMBs, with 32,858 award records ingested and 2,100+ pages indexed.
